Soft enamel charm with either red or purple background that reads "Saint Siouxsie Protect Us" with a little likeness of Siouxsie Sioux. Comes with the chain but if you don't really do a necklace you can use the necklace clasp to make a little clip on charm!!
I based these off the "Surfer's Medallions" you could order from an ad in the magazines. So I imagine if you do surf these offer the same level of protection as the cursed idol Greg Brady wears in the Hawaii episode of The Brady Bunch. Like it said at the beginning a long time ago.
